Formed in June 1996, the West of Scotland Loan Fund Ltd is a public sector owned company, registered and based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire (company registration SC 166736).The Fund operates on a decentralised basis where businesses are able to approach their own local authority’s economic development unit.
